OS map from 1848 showing a part of Chadderton with Denton Hall, Thatch Leach, Nimble Nook, Eaves Lane,
Denton Lane going off at the top and. Whitegate Lane coming in from the bottom.
It also shows Lower House Farm which appears to be the location of James Scoles' messuage, Okdeane, of 1617
