George Mearns

1911 census:
George, age 27, was the eldest son of his Irish-born parents, Samuel J. Mearns and Elizabeth.
George was an 'iron moulder'.
He was living at 119 Brewerton Road, wih his parents and eight younger siblings.
His father, Samuel J. Mearns was a 'house painter'.
He had a sister, Mary E. age 24, and brothers,
William age 22, Samuel Joseph age 19, Alexander Joseph age 16, Charles Wm. age 14, Ralph age 13 and Henery Philip age 10.
All the siblings had been born in Oldham ,
