St Mary's (Catholic) Procession to New School Stone Laying : August 2nd, 1913

My father, Joseph, (aged 17) is the Cross Bearer and the Bishop of Salford is towards the rear in a top hat like the other clergy.
The procession is in Shaw Street and the short tower of St Mary's Church can be seen to the top left -- the band? perhaps the Oldham Town Band?
