              the delivery of letters commences at 5 past 8 AM. The Mail departs at a 1/4 past 4 PM.;  
              at 4 the box closes; and from that period until the bags are sent off 1d each letter is required 
              Letters are received for the Post-Office at the Hat and Feathers, Mumps, with 1d. each.
