Newspaper obituary:

"Private Anthony Brahney 132976, of the Manchester Regiment, died of wounds on July 2nd. He was 21 years old and resided at 3 Longley Street, Oldham. Brahey enlisted six months ago, prior to which he was a big piecer at the Hartford Mill, Werneth. He had been on active service three weeks."
