Several cases were before the Manchester Appeal Tribunal on Wednesday.

In the court over which Judge Mellor presided the adjourned case of Harry Wolstencroft, of Shaw, aged 41 years, passed as Class C, was again considered. He is registrar of births and deaths at Mumps.

The appeal was dismissed and he was ordered to register at once for national service.
